Imagination and inspiration are at the heart of this solo piano program, presented by pianist Itay Goren, whose playing was described as “an evocative journey from sheer excitement to calm contemplation” by Classical New Jersey. This colorful and inspiring concert, features works written in the free form of a fantasy alongside pieces related to fairytales by Bach, Beethoven, Schumann, Liszt, Balakirev, Medtner, Debussy, Macdowell, Villa-Lobos and Randall Svane.
