The eco-music ensemble Englewinds celebrates the season’s beautiful skies and the earth’s ever important ozone layer with music by composers J.J. Hollingsworth, Peter Piacquadio, Sarah Davol, Garrie Harvey and dance by choreographer Alexis Davol. Englewinds are Sarah Davol (oboe), Reva Youngstein (flute), Mitch Kriegler (clarinet), R.J. Kelley (horn), Atsuko Sato (bassoon), Tomoko Ohno (piano).

Guest choreographer and dancer, Alexis Davol, is the Englewinds Young Artist of 2022. A lifelong dancer, Alexis has performed the title role of Clara in the Nutcracker Ballet a the Baltimore School for the Arts where is now studying theater. “This award-winning group is committed to exploring connections between music and nature… ethereal… virtuosic… effective… the evening was filled with descriptive pieces and unique musical views.” Gail Obenreder, Broadstreet Review.
