Exciting News: New Online Reservation System!

Dear Puffin Community,

We have some exciting news to share with you regarding a significant improvement in our reservation system.

After careful consideration and feedback from our valued patrons, we have decided to transition away from our traditional email reservation system and move to Eventbrite as our primary platform for online event reservations. For those who prefer phone reservations, we will continue to accept them at 201-836-3499. This change will enhance the overall experience for both our customers and our team, and we believe it will streamline the process for everyone involved. This change brings several benefits:

1. Effortless Reservations: No more writing out emails! With a few clicks, you can now easily reserve the number of seats you’d like for an event, and receive immediate confirmation.

2. Real-Time Updates: Stay informed with timely event notifications.

3. Enhanced Event Experience: Eventbrite will provide a more comprehensive event page, making it easier to find all the details you need in one place.

Important Information:

We will continue to accept email reservations for the events that have already been posted (ending with The Joe Hill Revival on 11/3). For all events after that point, we will be closing email reservations and officially making the switch to Eventbrite.
