A harmonica player with a storied career, Abe Barzelay is an official representative of the Hohner harmonica company and a recent recipient of the First Place Maestro Award in the European Association for Classical Harmonica World Competition. Barzelay performs a fun and unique program composed of a mix of classical and folk tunes, including a special arrangement of Felix Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto in E minor, (Op. 64), Bedřich Smetana’s Dance of the Comedians, Flight of the Bumblebee by Rimsky Korsakov, Summertime by George Gershwin, and (Ghost) Riders in the Sky: A Cowboy Legend by Stan Jones.

Accompanying Abe Barzelay on stage is pianist Ayelet Cogan.

 

N95 or equivalent masks required. Limited quantity will be available at the door for those without one.
