Directions to PCF from NYC via Public Transport:

  • To get to the Puffin Cultural Forum from NYC by public transit, go to the Port Authority Bus Terminal Station and board the NJ Transit bus 167 towards I-95 Teaneck Road Harrington Park. Get off on the Teaneck Rd & Puffin Way stop.
  • To get back to the Port Authority Bus Terminal Station, go to the Teaneck Rd. and Oakdene Ave. stop (on the opposite side of the street from Puffin Way), and board the NJ Transit bus 167 toward New York I-95.

Our venue is wheelchair-accessible and a hearing loop is available and used for every performance.

Parking

Free parking is available in our parking lot at 20 Puffin Way.

Reservation & Waitlist Policy

  • Doors are open 30 minutes prior to showtime.
  • You must claim your seats by 15 minutes before showtime (unless you paid for your seats in advance via Eventbrite) or forfeit your reservations. At this point, reservations are no longer guaranteed and tickets will be released to people on the waitlist.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot reserve specific seats. Please come early if you would like to take particular seats.
  • If you are on the waitlist, please arrive 15 minutes before showtime or earlier. At this time, we will start letting in folks off the waitlist in the order that they were reserved.
  • Reservations must be made by 5pm the Friday before the event. After this time, reservations are not guaranteed.

Venue Rules

  • No food or drink is allowed in our venue. On some occasions, we will offer food and refreshments in specific designated areas (either outdoors or in the reception area), but we will communicate when this is the case. All food and drinks must be kept out of the gallery, and seating area.
  • No drugs or alcohol are permitted on the premises, including in the parking lot.
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for any harassment or abuse towards our staff. You will be asked to leave immediately.
  • If our staff has to ask you multiple times to not break these rules, you will risk being asked not to return to our venue in the future.

About our COVID-19 Precautions:

  • Masking is optional and limited KN95s will be available at the door for those who would like to mask.
  • We use a Germ Guardian HEPA filter air purifier in our gallery that reduces up to 99.97% of germs and allergens, and uses UV-C light to kill airborne viruses.
  • We use MERV-13 air filters for our HVAC system.
