Proposal Submission Overview
We accept proposals for performances, events, or workshops related to music, theater, dance, literary arts, film, and more. Artists and curators can submit proposals for fine art exhibitions. Educators and organizers are also welcome to submit proposals for special collaborative events between the Forum and their respective organizations.
Our average performer receives a $600 honorarium, plus a percentage of door sales dependent on the number of performers in their group.
Once we receive your proposal, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt from us.
Please understand that due to the large number of submissions we receive, we cannot say yes to all proposals. All materials submitted will be given full consideration. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
PLEASE NOTE: Our space is NOT available for outside rentals.

About Our Space
- Our current maximum capacity is 85 people.
- Our space is equipped with theater lighting, a sound system, a projector, and an S4 Yamaha grand piano.
- Our current policy requires that N95 or equivalent masks be worn when indoors and not performing onstage. A limited number of KN95s are usually available at the door for those who don’t have one.
- We use 2 Germ Guardian HEPA filter air purifier in our gallery that reduces germs and allergens, and uses UV-C light to kill airborne viruses.
- We use MERV-13 air filters for our HVAC system.
