The duo first met as students at Berklee College of Music\, and they have been recording and performing steadily for over 14 years in duo\, trio\, and large ensemble settings ever since. \nAlan Broadbent is a highly acclaimed jazz pianist\, composer\, and arranger. He is renowned for his work with Charlie Haden’s Quartet West\, Woody Herman\, Natalie Cole\, and Chet Baker\, amongst others. Broadbent’s career has spanned decades\, marked by numerous collaborations and solo projects that showcase his lyrical and melodic approach to jazz. Broadbent has won two Grammy Awards: one for his arrangement of “When I Fall in Love” for Natalie Cole\, and another for his arrangement of Leonard Bernstein’s “Lonely Town” for Shirley Horn. He continues to perform\, record\, and arrange.
