DESCRIPTION:Events for April 30\, 2026            \n            \n                              \n                \n                  Exhibition Opening                \n                          \n          \n\n          \n            \n              \n                \n              \n                              RSVP now\n                          \n            \n              share            \n          \n\n          \n            \n                              Join us for an evening of music with the Grammy-nominated Richard Baratta’s Gotham City Latin Jazz Quintet\, featuring Richard Baratta on drums\, Vincent Herring on saxophone\, Bill O’Connell on piano\, Michael Goetz on bass\, and Paul Rossman on percussion. \nThe program includes music from Baratta’s successful 35-year film soundtrack career\, as well as 60s iconic rock classics\, original compositions\, and music from their upcoming album ANOTHER KIND OF BIRD: Reimagining Charlie Parker\, where Baratta interprets Parker classics through a Latin\, jazz\, and rock lens. \nWith a knack for good arrangement\, Gotham City Quintet excels at taking familiar songs and giving them a fresh\, original spin with a funky Latin Jazz feel. Rooted in traditional jazz but expanding into all musical idioms\, the band leaves a lasting impression wherever it performs.
