Join The Solidarity Singers of The New Jersey Industrial Union Council as they lead the audience in anti-fascist song! Everyone who sings along with them is an honorary Solidarity Singer. Long after this event, they hope you will keep the song sheet and continue to sing these songs as you work to advance progressive causes. As Pete Seeger used to say, “a singing movement is a winning movement.”
The Solidarity Singers are a street chorus, not a concert choir. For over thirty years, they have made countless appearances on picket lines and rallies for labor, the environment, peace, and justice. They strive to lift the spirits of people engaged in struggle and to help them carry on.
