Shane Shanahan, renowned for his decades of work with Yo-Yo Ma’s Silkroad Ensemble, brings his mesmerizing percussion artistry to the Puffin. His powerhouse world music trio features Harvey Valdes on Arabic Oud and Electric Guitar, and Megan Gould on Violin.

The trio’s music is a celebration of cross-cultural collaboration and the transcendent beauty of collective creation. Shane’s original compositions weave together Indian, Middle Eastern, jazz, rock, and minimalist traditions, providing a generous platform for the trio to craft a dynamic new sound.
